A Study on the Care Management Experiences of the Social Workers - Focusing on Public-private Partnerships -

Abstract
This study is a study on the experience of integrated care management in the transitional period related to the reorganization of the social welfare delivery system of social workers. The results of this study are as follows. First, the results of the integrated care management practices and results of the new social welfare field in the community welfare field are presented, In addition to revealing the contents and results of the integrated care management practice which is newly looked at in the community welfare field and the conditions that influence the social workers¡¯ strategies and influence, the implications that can contribute to finding problems and finding improvement plans and strategic direction.
This study approached the grounded theory study method and social workers more than two years in care management career participated as research participants. The data was collected by conducting in-depth interviews and the raw data was analyzed by the grounded theory study procedure presented by Strauss and Corbin(1998). As a result of the analysis, 124 concepts, 41 subcategories and 10 categories were derived and the core category converging all categories was ¡®the process of losing the essence of care management by being overwhelmed by the power of amateur public care managers¡¯. Based on the discussion, we proposed the establishment of a public-private partnership coordination agency in the integrated care management and the introduction of client evaluation.
